明渡工作室 品牌设计
In Buddhism, there are six classes of being, depicted as the Wheel of Life. At the upper right corner of the Wheel lies the class of human beings, representing Desire and closer to own-being. MINGDU reaches for that essence of life and represents in its logo an exit in the same direction.
At the centre of the logo are two paralleled lines curving towards each other at the end, like two hands approaching. Behind the symbol is our ideal of connecting the design with society and attending to people’ life with our design and wisdom. The curved lines also add in the flavour of direction and dynamics. The two dynamic lines moving towards the opening signifies the breakage of the frame. We intend to break the conventional thinking pattern and to use our creative design to support people’s life and together with them walk towards a promising future.
在佛教的六道轮回中“人道”是处在整个轮回的右上角，并有着特殊的意义，因为在其中投生的生灵更容易找到自性，“人道”可以说是生命升华的渡口。因此我们将原本封闭圆环的右上角打开，变为一个出口。
在logo中间部分为相互呼应的两条曲线，其灵感源于互相帮助的两只手，在这里我们想表达设计师要和社会紧密相连，并用设计和智慧去关怀他人生活。而当两个元素结合之后，整体logo的造型拥有了方向性与运动感。两条线向着出口方向进行运动，这也象征着超越固有的思维方式，打破刻板的框架，用我们的设计帮助他人，并共同走向光明和希望。
